Karin Williams is the Managing Director at QBIT Group. Prior to assuming this post, she was the financial director of the QBIT Group. She has more than twenty years’ experience in the corporate business environment, and has demonstrated excellent business management, financial and interpersonal skills that have significantly impacted on business results.
She obtained her MBA at Stellenbosch University in 2003 with her thesis entitled “Using the People Capability Maturity Model as a systemic approach to knowledge management in a human resources division.” This was preceded by a B.Comm degree in 1987 at the then Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) and a Diploma in Webpage Design and e-Commerce at City Varsity in 1999.
